Rezolo (“we”, “us”) builds Rezolo Desk, an AI-assisted helpdesk and customer support operations platform. For the personal data collected through this website, Rezolo is the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You can reach us any time at hello@rezolo.in.

• Details you submit: name, work email, company, role, indicative support volume and anything you write in the message field of the early access form.
• Contact by email: whatever you choose to include when you write to hello@rezolo.in.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs needed to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

Only to respond to your enquiry, evaluate fit, arrange a demo or pilot of Rezolo Desk, and send information you asked for. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We collect the form details on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the consent box. Consent is specific, informed and optional: the form works only when you agree, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
• Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
• Withdraw consent, after which we stop processing and delete unless law requires otherwise.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us first; if unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Email hello@rezolo.in with the request and the email address you used. We acknowledge requests promptly and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

We share data only with service providers who help us run this website, our database and our email, under contract, strictly for the purposes above. We do not disclose your data to third parties for their own purposes, except where required by law.

We keep early access enquiries only for as long as needed to follow up and, if you become a customer, for the duration of that relationship plus any legally required period. If there is no engagement, we delete the record within 24 months, or sooner if you ask.

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and restricted to the small team that needs it. We review access regularly and will notify you and the Data Protection Board of a reportable personal data breach as required by the DPDP Act.

This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children or persons with a lawful guardian without verifiable consent.

When you use Rezolo Desk as a customer, you remain the Data Fiduciary for your end users' support data and Rezolo acts as your Data Processor under a written agreement, processing only on your instructions, with tenant isolation, configurable retention and deletion on termination.

If this notice changes materially, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
