Solutions

Every intake brings the same questions, all at once.

Fee deadlines, admission status, attendance and certificate requests do not arrive evenly. They arrive in bursts, from parents and students who need an answer the same day, and they repeat every term. Rezolo Desk takes the first pass so your office is not retyping the circular.

What the office actually fields

The answers usually already exist, in a circular, a policy page or last term's email. The work is finding the right one, checking it still applies, and writing it out again for the ninetieth person who asked.

Fees and payment

Deadlines, instalment rules, late fees and payment confirmations, most of which are already written down in a circular.

Admission status

Where an application stands and what document is still missing, arriving in volume during the window and almost never outside it.

Documents required

The same list, requested individually, where the risk is an out-of-date version being sent out.

Attendance and eligibility

Rule-based questions whose answer depends on your policy rather than an opinion.

Certificates and transcripts

Requests with a process attached: what to submit, where, and how long it takes.

Timetables and schedules

High volume, low complexity, and a poor use of a person's afternoon.

How it runs during an admission window

The design assumption is a spike, not a steady trickle.

  1. 01

    Everything lands in one queue

WhatsApp, email, live chat and the web portal share a queue and a single history per person, so a parent is not asked to repeat themselves on a second channel.

  2. 02

    Sorted as it arrives

Category, priority and owner are decided on arrival, so a fee-deadline question from today is not sitting behind a timetable question from last week.

  3. 03

    Answered from your own circulars

Routine questions get a draft that cites the document it came from. If a circular is past its review date the citation is flagged, so nobody quotes last year's fee schedule by accident.

  4. 04

    A person approves it

Your staff see the draft and its source, edit if needed, and send. Anything your published rules do not cover goes to them without a drafted answer rather than getting a guess.

Student and parent data

Support conversations in education carry personal data about minors, which raises the bar. Support data is isolated per customer, access is role based, retention is configurable and data is deleted when you leave. Personal data is redacted before anything reaches an external AI model. Rezolo is designed with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind, and does not claim certified or audited compliance with any standard.

Education support questions

Which education support requests does Rezolo Desk handle?
The ones that repeat every term: fee deadlines and payment confirmations, admission status and document requirements, attendance and eligibility, and certificate or transcript requests. Each is classified and routed on arrival, and the routine ones get a reply drafted from your own circulars and policies for a person to approve.
Our queries arrive in bursts around deadlines. Does that work?
That pattern is the reason the sorting happens on arrival rather than when somebody opens the queue. During an admission window or a fee deadline the volume is mostly the same handful of questions, so the queue arrives already categorised, prioritised and routed, with drafts waiting on the repeat ones.
Parents message on WhatsApp. Can we work those the same way?
Yes. WhatsApp sits in the same queue as email, live chat and your web portal with one history per person, so a parent who messages on WhatsApp and emails two days later is one conversation rather than two.
How is student and parent data handled?
Support data is kept separate per customer, access is role based, retention is configurable and data is deleted when you leave. Personal data is also redacted before anything reaches an external AI model. Rezolo is designed with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind; we do not claim certified or audited compliance with any standard.
Will it decide eligibility or approve a request?
No. It drafts an answer from your published rules and a person approves it. Decisions about a student's eligibility, fees or records stay with your staff, which is also why every reply passes through an agent before it is sent.
